Hi, I’m Meggan!
I started Bayside Finance to help people make sense of their options and feel confident about their journey to home ownership. I know how overwhelming the process can seem, especially if it’s your first home or your credit history isn’t perfect. Being a woman in a traditionally male led industry has shaped the way I work. My approach is personal, patient and built on real understanding. With me it’s not about numbers, it’s about your home, your plans and your future.
When I’m not talking mortgages, I’m usually chasing after my two energetic boys or sneaking in a run to enjoy some fresh air.

Fixed = same repayments for a set time. Variable = can go up or down with the market. We will advise you on what’s right for you.
Typically 6–12 weeks from application to completion, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Initial consultations are completely free of charge. There's no obligation to proceed and our broker fee can range from £149 to £749 which will only become payable if we proceed to a full application.
